Quality management system

The maintenance and improvement of our internal information procedure is an essential part of our corporate policy. This is guaranteed by a structured quality management system controlled and regularly audited by our quality manager as well as by external experts.

Quality control and product development

Our quality control and product development is linked to our partner company Henry Lamotte Services GmbH, underlining the independence of this strategic decision-making department.
Quality control starts on the supply side and follows production and storage to the customer. Service activities - as for example the product advisory service- accompany this process.

We guarantee the quality control i.e. by:

• supplier audits
• in-process controls
• storage conditions
• batch dokumentation

Our product development is the "think tank" and coordination point for new products, new fields of application and client-specific questions. It has its own in-house design and research laboratory.
